Head of People

Are you an experienced Senior HR Business Partner/Head of People who would like to work within an organisation making big waves in their industry? The organisation is currently going through some exciting changes including modernising and transforming their target operating model which is having a positive impact on HR and the people in the business. Due to an internal secondment, my client is seeking a Head of People for an initial period of 6 months. Alongside managing a People Business Partner, you will be working at a strategic level to partner at c-suite level for a specific Division. You will be accountable for driving the delivery of functional people plans and provide expertise in organisation design and development and leadership development. With support from the centre of excellence, you will collaborate with the leadership team to define the long-term strategic goals and objectives and identify the critical capabilities, short and long term, required to achieve these goals.You will work with the People Director and Senior People team to create and deliver HR Analytics and data to the board and represent HR on strategic change programmes, ensuring people impacts are identified and correct procedures and processes are followed in line with policy and legislation.Based on a hybrid working pattern of 2 days office (Nottingham) you will have a strong senior HR background and a result driven attitude with the ability to influence and challenge at senior and board level. You will have a data driven mindset with the ability to analyse, interpret and present at board level. With a familiarity with modern learning technologies and tools, you will also have the capability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a complex and changing environment. Working on an FTC, the salary on offer is c£80 - £85,000 + car allowance and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days office (Nottingham). This position is to start ASAP and is for an initial period of 6 months.
