If you are a team player who is passionate about helping learners reach their full potential, then we want to hear from you!About the roleThe Head of People & Talent plays a key role in leading and developing a team dedicated to talent acquisition, specialist recruitment, and day to day operations for all stages of the employee life cycle, ensuring the provision and delivery of a pro-active, efficient and effective service that supports our vision of enriching lives through excellent education, community collaboration and employment opportunities; and our mission of providing education which inspires, equips and empowers; based upon our values of respect, ambition, inclusiveness and sustainabilityAbout the personThe ideal candidate will have experience in implementing operational, talent acquisition and recruitment strategies, policies, and plans and using an Applicant Tracking System.
