Our client, a leading business in the Travel sector is seeking a Head of People and Culture to join their growing business at an exciting time.
Due to growth, our client is looking to add a Head of People and Culture to the organization, working with the Directors in the business to help run the HR function across the organization, working across all departments of the company to enhance the efficiency and smooth-running of the department and business as a whole.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar HR-related role, and will ideally be Level 5�CIPD qualified, with experience working at a senior Director-level within a business.
