Job Description
Interim Global Head Of Payroll - 9 to 12 Months - £700 to £800 p/d (Inside IR35)
Annapurna has partnered with a global business who are looking for an interim head of payroll to come and join a busy environment. As the leader of the Global Payroll Team, you will lead and manage all aspects of the payroll functional areas.
Responsibilities:
Directing the global Payroll team to manage Payroll processes for all business units in the region.
Ensuring consistency, standardisation so employees are paid punctually & accurately, through a compliant process.
Collaborating with the Payroll Transformation Team to implement process enhancements across countries.
Accountable for all global countries’ effective payroll risk management.
Lead all internal/external audits pertaining to pay related activities.
Responsible to manage Payroll vendors, including cost, contract and performance
management to required KPI’s.
Key Skills:
Previous experience in HR Process and Shared Services within a multinational setting.
Demonstrated expertise in International Payroll is vital.
Possessing a consulting-like skill set/mindset - including robust influencing, relationship-building, communication, collaboration at senior key stakeholder levels, presentation skills, and problem-solving skills, underpinned by strong learning agility.
Proficient in managing teams remotely.
