The post-holder will work closely with the Associate/Chief Operating Officer and will provide direction to Directorate General Managers to ensure that all relevant performance and quality standards are met across the elective care and cancer pathways.The post holder is responsible for the development of effective ways of working and the creation of strong partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders to support effective management of patient flow is critical to this position.About usHere at George Eliot our vision to 'excel at patient care' takes centre stage.
