Our mission is to utilise new products; innovative approaches; technology; and excellent service to disrupt B2B markets and exceed customer expectations.The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Partnerships to join our team and spearhead our partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a proven track record in partnership management, and an extensive network of business contacts. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to drive sales and revenue growth through a range of affiliates
Leverage an existing network of businesses to establish and nurture strategic partnerships
Identify and onboard new partners to expand our network and service offerings
Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to maximise their performance and drive mutual success
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of partnership initiatives with overall business objectives
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of partnership managers to effectively execute partnership strategies and meet target What skills/experience you need to apply Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership management or related roles, preferably in the B2B sector
Proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth
Extensive network of business contacts and connections within North East England
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with partners
Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
