We are looking for a Head of Operations to join an award winning, successful and expanding company to support, direct and work with the directors to manage the roll out, recruit great managers, implement robust systems and procedures and drive the strategy.

It is a field based role and you will ideally be based in the Gloucestershire/M4/M5 corridor area.

It will suit a very people focused Head of Operations/Operations Manager with strong leadership, analytical, financial control and sales building skills from a branded restaurant/QSR background.
It's one of those great opportunities for an existing operations manager looking to step up into a Head of Operations role and take responsibility and accountability for shaping the brand and company.

Role - Head of Operations

Oversee all operations across the company
Implement robust control measures - systems, procedures and policies
Work closely with the company directors on strategy, forecasting, budgeting and new openings

Recruit, train and develop great managers and head chefs

Work closely with managers and chefs to improve margins, maximise profitability and reduce costs

Create a culture of inclusivity where everyone is motivated, valued and wants to succeed and achieve results

Detail focused with strong IT skills

Change management

Attributes - Head of Operations

Experience as a Head of/Operations Manager in high volume QSR or branded high street restaurants

Strong financial and business & commercial acumen - managing multiple P & L accounts, margins, GP's, labour and stock across a company/region
A very good understanding of kitchen operations - quality controls, audits and GPs'

Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation and people management skills

The ability to write, implement and monitor robust control measures and procedures to control costs and wastage
New openings experience
Passion for recruiting and developing great people and a strong desire to succeed

A positive and outgoing personality and outlook
Able to manage change and take people with you
IT literate
