Which has enabled them to enhance their already impressive market positioning, increase cross sector expertise, and identify new ways of bringing innovation to clients, and achieving sustainability initiatives.As the Head of Ops, you will be taking on an influential and integral role for one of the acquired businesses.Client relationship management is a key element of the role, as you be responsible for managing & retaining c55 contracts in the business and industry sector. Equally important is your commercial mindset, which will enable you to maximise contracts operational and financial performance.Skilled in mentoring and leadership, you will work closely with a team of Area Managers, to ensure operational excellence.
