They have a big focus on occupational training and non-occupational training for our team members, by up skilling the entire workforce and showing their commitment to professional development.ResponsibilitiesDay to day organisation and running of all customers operational contracts. Initially at Larkhall Depot but with a view to include new Arbroath Depot.The planning and scheduling of all staff in relation to these contractsEnsure all staff are aware of and adhere to all company policies.Implementation of a positive Health & safety cultureLiasing with clients from introduction and quoting through to job completion ensuring customer satisfaction at every level.The management of operational budgets and accurate cost reporting.HR requirements - ranging from staff recruitment to appraisals and disciplinaries.ExperienceDynamic and self-motivated individual who can work under own initiative.3 years’ experience in a similar role involving project tracking and management.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.Strong communications skills and interpersonal skills.A proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, publisher and excel.Package and other benefits -Salary up to £50K DOEVery achievable annual bonus scheme up to £10KCompany carSeniority levelSeniority level Director Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Management, Project Management, and Strategy/Planning Industries Civil Engineering and Environmental Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MDH Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
