Head of Operations

Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for a customer-centric, performance driven Head of Operations to lead the end to end delivery of a series of work streams within the housing sector.
Our client is uniquely placed within the sector and is looking to build upon their talent pool by recruiting high calibre operational leaders at Senior Manager level.
With proven success in managing a directly employed, remote workforce delivering planned and response maintenance, estates management, voids and energy efficiency contracts you will exhibit first class customer service and client engagement skills, a track record of successfully delivering multi-million pound maintenance contracts and the ability to manage people, process and performance.
You will show demonstrable experience of managing geographically dispersed contracts with full P&L and be able to work with a range of key stakeholders from bid, through to mobilisation and delivery.
With a diverse workstream covering Housing/Public Sector maintenance, Defence and Local Authority refurbishment schemes, our client is cash-rich and well set to continue to grow over the next few years.
Ideally you will have delivered in an end to end leadership role; either Operations, Regional or Account Director level within the FM, Utilities, Housing or Services sector with proven leadership and P&L experience.
