Head of Operations

Job DescriptionAn innovation consultancy focused social impact is looking for a Head of Operations to join the team and help to embed their new strategy and create foundations for greater impact.The right candidate will have experience of operational functions within a project-based or consultancy environment and will bring experience and fresh perspectives on resourcing approaches, people management and development processes, and finances.Key responsibilities include:Working with leadership to ensure the organisational vision is delivered, by acknowledging organisational valueProviding oversight and supporting the operations team, while introducing improvements to existing processes to support efficiency and decision makingOwning and leading on the identification, development and implementation of new policies, protocols, and businesses processesYou will have:Experience in a consultancy environment and/or in-house operations roleSignificant experience of change managementA strong track record in business management and operationsAbility to handle ambiguity and a changing environmentDetails:Duration: 6 monthsStart: ASAPSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 FTCLocation: London – hybrid
