Monday to Friday (40 hour week)
Are you a proven leader within a manufacturing environment and seasoned in operational excellence, who is looking for a fresh challenge of a newly created role where you will spearhead continuous improvement and drive efficiency for a household name in the security industry?
In this newly created role you will head up operational standards in a busy manufacturing environment, overseeing warehousing, production, supply chain, budgeting, and quality standards. You will be the go to leader for operational standards and create an environment of continuous improvement, cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
The company are a household name in the security sector and have been trading for over 100 years, with their products going into a variety of systems all across the world. They are in a period of expansion, and are looking to boost the leadership team to drive them to new heights.
The Role:

  • Spearhead the operational running of a busy manufacturing environment
  • Implement KPIs to increase productivity, increase waste and boost efficiency
  • Oversee supply chain, warehousing, production, budgeting and quality across the site
