As the Head of Operations reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for planning, directing and overseeing the operations across Cirdan, devising operational policies, rules, KPIs & OKRs. You will set strategic goals for operational efficiency and increased productivity. Work with project managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans. Analyse current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement where necessary. Collaborate with senior managers in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Maximize efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.About You:You will thrive on challenge and have an excellent work ethic. You are personally driven to meet objectives with a focus on quality and delivery. You will contribute to the Company’s strategic objectives and work with our global teams to ensure a successful delivery of our products to our customer base.Primary role and responsibilities:Strategic Input – Liaison with top management. Contribute to strategic discussions and planning KPIs and OKRs across the entire company. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans.Talent Resources – Plan, coordinate, manage, mentor and motivate the various staff reporting to them in the Company, delegating responsibilities to ensure staff members grow as accomplished contributors. Organize recruitment and placement of required staff for support and operations. Supervise staff, including monitoring and evaluating performance & completing performance reviews in a prudent manner.Best Practices – Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement divisional and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.Production/Operations – Coordinate and monitor the work of various teams involved in production or operations. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Empower the production/operations team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete their tasks. Where applicable manage maintenance of equipment and machinery. Provide technical support where necessary.Customer Service – Manage the work of the Support and Managed Service team for Tier 2 and 3 customer support to oversee and ensure that customer accounts are managed effectively. Support and coordinate with the wider sales and marketing activities.Communication – Deputise for the CEO when required for stakeholder meetings and briefings. Monitor, support and improve the efficiency of support services such as IT, Talent and Finance. Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions. Collaborate closely with the Chief Office of the divisions to produce reports on company operations.Financial – Help prepare and control operational budgets. Review financial statements and data. Utilize financial data to improve profitability. Support the control of company costs and support the introduction of tactical initiatives to address efficiencies in the organisation.A minimum of ten years’ experience of managing at senior level both on an operational and strategic level.To apply for this position please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to #####.
