About the role
We are currently looking for a professional and motivated Head of Operations who will be accountable for leading a large multi-disciplinary team to deliver a consistent and timely housing services function, incorporating lettings and allocations, contract/tenancy management, rent account monitoring and arrears pursuance, and specialist support services.

The right candidate for this role will be able to lead highly motivated and high performing team, delivering services of the highest quality. You will set out agreed service standards so that all services are delivered with a consistent level of quality and clarity, whilst growing our colleagues ‘professionally curiosity’ to ensure that every contact with our contract holders count and a solution focused approach is adopted.
As a Head of Operations, you will take a lead role in identifying, influencing, and embedding change within the organisation, bringing colleagues and stakeholders with you on that journey. You will adopt a people centric and coaching style of leadership where colleagues are part of the decision[1]making process and able to take ownership over the work they do.
To be considered for the role of the Head of Operations you will have least 3 years’ experience of leading an operations team in a housing services or related field and need to have:
Good judgment with knowledge and experience to make the right decision.
Ability to influence employees at all levels to drive and implement sustained change.
Demonstrable evidence of identifying and leading on work streams that seek to achieve improvements for colleagues, customers, or the wider organisation.
Educated to a degree level.
