Contract Type: Perm My client is looking for an ambitious, dynamic, experienced, motivated and energetic Head of Operations, to join a really exciting fledgling company who are changing the world of Argitech in a seriously innovative and unique way.The roleAs a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, optimising processes, and supporting growth and expansion effortsDevelop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive organisational effectivenessCollaborate with the CEO to formulate strategy, and help drive the business forwardLead and manage day-to-day operations across departments, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer serviceEstablish and maintain operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practicesIdentify opportunities for cost reduction, process optimisation, and performance improvement, and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellenceOversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective supply chain managementThe candidateProven ability to drive operational excellence, manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment3+ years of experience in a similar capacity is desired Proactive, positive and can do attitudeMeticulous attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to thrive under pressure, driven, dynamic and a team player who is looking for a challengeStrong understanding of operational principles, processes, and methodologies, with expertise in areas such as supply chain management, logistics, and process improvementExcellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, drive change, and foster a culture of continuous improvementExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and a focus on results and outcomesA strong aptitude for financial analysis and data interpretationProficiency in MS Office, Google Suite and CRM softwareBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field desiredThe key here is being driven to make a difference.
