Exciting Opportunity: Head of Operations - South London SchoolsPanoramic Associates is supporting a dynamic group of schools in South London dedicated to providing the best education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We're currently seeking a Head of Operations to join their Senior Leadership Team.About the Role: As the Head of Operations, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of school management, including finances, facilities, health and safety, administration, and ICT. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you'll contribute to strategic business planning and drive growth and improvement initiatives across the schools.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership to back-office staffManage relationships with the Local AuthorityImplement and refine systems and processesOversee facilities management, HR functions, and financeLead budgeting processes to ensure sound financial managementRequirements:Proven experience in School Business Management and School Site ManagementStrong background in school finance, HR, and administrationDemonstrated ability to lead budgeting processes effectivelyOther Information:Full-time, year-round role (52 weeks per year)35 hours per weekCompetitive salary up to £61,34729 days holiday + Bank Holidays How to Apply: If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and be part of an exciting journey of growth and improvement, we'd love to hear from you.
