Exciting Opportunity: Head of Operations - South London Schools

Panoramic Associates is supporting a dynamic group of schools in South London dedicated to providing the best education to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). We're currently seeking a Head of Operations to join their Senior Leadership Team.

About the Role: As the Head of Operations, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing various aspects of school management, including finances, facilities, health and safety, administration, and ICT. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you'll contribute to strategic business planning and drive growth and improvement initiatives across the schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to back-office staff
• Manage relationships with the Local Authority
• Implement and refine systems and processes
• Oversee facilities management, HR functions, and finance
• Lead budgeting processes to ensure sound financial management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in School Business Management and School Site Management
• Strong background in school finance, HR, and administration
• Demonstrated ability to lead budgeting processes effectively

Other Information:

• Full-time, year-round role (52 weeks per year)
• 35 hours per week
• Competitive salary up to �61,347
• 29 days holiday + Bank Holidays
