You'll drive cross-divisional alignment and stakeholder coordination, playing a pivotal role in shaping operational strategies and establishing credibility across diverse disciplines. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:Leading operational and business planning activities within the divisionManaging changes to the Divisional Operating Model and coordinating with the PMO Operational Change teamCollaborating with cross-divisional teams to develop aligned plansAddressing changes impacting build plans and implementing action plansProviding thought leadership and facilitating divisional strategy developmentEstablishing credibility across divisions and influencing cross-divisional strategiesWhat you’ll bring to the roleYou’ll have extensive experience in successfully leading efficiency and/or service improvement programmes in large complex organisations, as well as a track record of delivering tangible efficiency improvements through people, process, and systems.
