Head of Operational Finance | £80,000-£85,000 + Bonus/Bens Axon Moore is partnering with a PE backed business in the Blackburn Area as they search for a new Head of Operational Finance to join their high-performing, ever-expanding team.
The Head of Operational Finance will be responsible for the Group Finance team across both Financial Control and Commercial Finance. You will business partner with senior stakeholders and provide group consolidation of actuals, budget and forecasts whilst developing a new finance function and helping to improve processes and procedures.
This is a broad, highly visible, exciting role that will provide a lot of exposure with the direction of a strong Mentor. You will be joining a fantastic business as it embarks on an exciting journey and continues its constant investment in its people, technology and infrastructure.The successful applicant will be an ambitious individual who is both technically and commercially strong. You will be a fully qualified accountant (min 5 years PQE) from either a ACA/ACCA/CIMA background with a strong academic track record and strong experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
