The Head of Operational Excellence will help us build, implement and track world class systems, ways of working, optimisation and internal communication, in order for us to fulfil our brand mission.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Head of Operational Excellence will be responsible for four core pillars: Development, Governance, Deployment and Measurement. You will be responsible for seamlessly implementing and embedding initiatives that drive profitable growth within the business, whilst creating a first-class experience for our customers and our teams.
Analyse business opportunities for improved systems, processes, and ways of working
Create world class process, systems and supporting optimisation tools
Leverage best practice from other industries, and, where this is insufficient, innovate processes to optimise time and operational efficiency resulting in a great customer experience and enhanced company profitability
Seeks out and lead on generic and specific efficiency opportunities
Work with other support centre functions and operations to adopt process improvements with clear guidance and high adoption
Partner with Operations team to best translate and interpret best practices and innovation into measurable, repeatable practices
Be an author, publisher and custodian of SOPs and, brand standards and source of truth documentation
Establish clear accountability and effective ways of working with key stakeholder/interface points
Be the gatekeeper of internal communications to salons
Responsible for the operating system that can be translated internationally and across future franchise partners
ABOUT YOU:
Strong Operational Excellence experience
Relevant industry experience in a high-quality, high-street operator (Food/Retail/Beauty is preferred)
Detail orientated
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Business planning experience
Process and analytical driven
Strong communication and presenting skills
LOCATION:
Our office is based in Central London and we offer a discretionary hybrid working model, based on the requirements of the role.
