With a commitment to excellence and innovation, I am seeking a highly skilled Head of National Accounts to drive our national sales strategy and foster key relationships with our esteemed clients.As the Head of National Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to maximize sales and profitability across the national account portfolio. You will lead a team of account managers, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth trajectory and strengthening our position in the market.Key responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets for national accounts.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of national account managers to achieve individual and collective sales objectives.Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement.Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and efficiency in delivering solutions to clients.Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.Key skills required:Proven track record of success in a senior sales or account management role, preferably within the wholesale or distribution industry.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious targets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Renumeration:£55,000 + Company Car & BenefitsAbout Cast UK:Cast UK is a leading executive consultancy, providing national recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.
