Job Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the development of the modern foreign languages curriculum, ensuring alignment with national standards and cultural relevance
  • Lead and inspire language faculty members, fostering a collaborative and innovative approach to language teaching
  • Harness technology to facilitate language learning and promote cross-cultural understanding
  • Utilise assessment data to tailor lesson plans and provide personalized feedback to students
  • Uphold the highest standards of teaching and learning within the modern foreign languages department
  • Address any immediate challenges or emergencies in accordance with school policies
  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates linguistic diversity and promotes language proficiency
