Head of Mobilisation-12 month Maternity Cover- �70K+Benefits- London


The Head of Mobilisation role is pivotal in supporting the mobilisation team to effectively manage the mobilisation process for all ongoing and prospective projects. This involves overseeing client relationships, financial aspects, and property management through consultancy, workshops, and the mobilisation process.


Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Leading mobilisation meetings and workshops.
2. Managing project planners to track deadlines and identify any risk areas, while also facilitating meetings and generating reports.
3. Supporting mobilisation on Residential & estate teams, including staffing structures, recruitment, training, service expectations, and health & safety coordination.
4. Developing and implementing the development's vision and culture in collaboration with stakeholders.
5. Assisting in tendering, contracting, and managing service delivery providers such as Security, M&E, and cleaning services.
6. Supporting the setup of communal areas and service offerings, including resident portals and communication channels.
7. Participating in the mobilisation budget procurement process by attending meetings with appointed accountants.


Furthermore, the role involves managing client relationships, overseeing client care management teams, and transitioning projects to the day-to-day management team. The successful candidate must have over 5 years of experience in residential management, with a minimum level of IRPM XXXX certification. Experience in mobilisation and a proven track record in successfully mobilising developments in Central London is essential. Additionally, experience in luxury or hospitality-led developments is preferred due to the portfolio's focus. The candidate should thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and demonstrate high energy and operational efficiency. Strong emotional intelligence and adaptable interpersonal skills are crucial for building and maintaining trusting client relationships.
