Head of Medical Negligence Solicitor (Chester)
As we have recently opened offices in Chester, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Medical Negligence Solicitor to set up a new department dealing with all areas of medical negligence claims.
The successful candidate will design a workflow system and procedures that can be applied to our case management system.
We will increase exposure, and generate a significant number of enquiries, once a suitable candidate is in place.
As we plan to further develop this department, we will offer a salary based upon a fee-sharing % when this comes to fruition.
You will be approachable and client focused, have excellent communication skills, competent IT skills and experience of Microsoft applications.
Being well organised, with a proactive attitude to work and keen attention to detail is also a must.
As our success has always been based upon our personable approach, especially as we are a high street firm that works closely with the community, you must be professional in appearance and manner.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and we offer a competitive salary and generous bonus scheme with up to 6 weeks holiday.
