Job Description The Head of Medical HR will focus on: Providing leadership and expertise in all matters pertaining to the the medical workforce.Supporting the HR Business Partners on issues concerning T&Cs and employee relations issues.Identify ways in which the organisation can improve its attraction to and retention of doctors in training so that the organisation is seen as an employer of choice. Ensuring that appropriate medical recruitment strategies are developed and temporary posts are filled efficiently. Working with Medical Directors to support the development of rotas which provide an optimum service. Represent the HR Directorate at meetings on specific issues Leading a team of direct reports across the Medical HR Team
The Successful Applicant The successful Head of Medical HR should have be available to work at short notice and be CIPD Qualified. You will need to have extensive experience of managing a medical staffing department and a comprehensive up to date knowledge of terms and conditions of service for doctors.
What's on Offer A daily rate up to £300 a day.
