Head of Marketing

Head of Marketing – London (Europe Remote) – Up to $200k
Plexus are hiring for one of our long-term partners who have recently re-branded and are building a high-performance trading optimised network built on Arbitrum, allowing users to operate on top of high throughput, low latency blockchain based rails. This project and their elite team are set to become a leading name in the space.
They're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their internal Marketing function. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
marketing from the front, becoming a core part of the leadership function
freelancers, internals and external marketing resource
closely with founders on budgeting, campaigns and community development
Requirements
be DeFi native, with experience leading marketing at either a DEX, DeFi Protocol, L1, Alt-L1 or top-tier L2 project
in leading internal marketing functions for 3+ years
working with high-level small but efficient teams, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure brand success and growth
Bonus Attributes
Masters or Advanced Studies Degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or other relevant field from a Top 50 University (worldwide)
working with on-chain trading platforms or networks
in building marketing functions within a start-up from 0-1
