Our hybrid working model ensures we respect our peoples’ work/life balance.Human connections are our specialty, and we offer a jam-packed calendar of social events, inclusion workshops, and professional development opportunities to make sure #LifeAtHyve is always fulfilling and exciting.ABOUT SHOPTALKShoptalk is the home of innovation and transformation in retail.Our global shows bring together the world’s most influential retailers, brands, tech players, investors and analysts equipping them with the tools, skills and connections to gain and maintain the upper hand, driving growth and embracing a mindset to reimagine tomorrow’s digital innovations in store and online.From our Shoptalk portfolio to Groceryshop, each of our products focuses on a particular subset of the retail ecosystem, (whether a region, vertical or dynamic), but none ever feels like anything other than the main event.Together, we’re creating the future of retail.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Campaign Calendar Management:Develop and execute comprehensive campaign calendars across all marketing channels in alignment with the overall strategy and objectives set by VPs.Collaborate closely with other show Directors to ensure cohesive and efficient campaign execution across global shows.Performance Reporting:Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns across all channels to VPs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Monitor and report on weekly trading including paid tickets and lead generation for the Sales Team and Retailer & Brand Team.Iterative Campaign Planning:Continuously iterate on campaign plans and data segmentations based on engagement analysis and feedback from VPs, ensuring effectiveness and relevance.Content Creation and Briefing:Develop compelling email and video campaign concepts in alignment with campaign objectives and brand guidelines. Ensure the Marketing Manager is producing clear briefs for all campaigns and meeting campaign deadlines.Asset Review and Approval:Review all designed assets, including emails, brochures, and videos, until they are ready for final sign-off by VPs and Event Directors.Website Management:Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Team to monitor and report on website analytics to the Marketing VP, delivering new tactics and iterations to ensure it aligns with campaign objectives and event pivots.Collaboration with Internal Teams:Collaborate closely with Team R&B and Sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively supporting business goals.Partnership Development:Collaborate with our Global Partnership Manager to report insights on the Partnerships channel and tactical changes to the Marketing VP.Vendor Management:Oversee the management of third-party vendors, including telesales and freelance videographers, to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.WHO YOU ARE:Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B events marketingExcellent copy writer able to adapt to different tone of voices with impeccable attention to detailExpereinced in stakeholder management with the ability to work alongside multiple departments and report into senior managementProven ability to own execution of multiple marketing channels, across multiple showsCreative and positive mindset with problem solving approachKnowledgeable in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Google Analytics, HotJarTeam management experience beneficial but not essential
