You'll be leading a small but mighty marketing and customer service team, working across marketing, PR and commercial, joining at an exciting time as they roll out a new brand identity and look ahead to a packed programme of special events. As Head of Marketing you will:Develop and implement annual and long-term marketing strategiesManage the roll-out and consistency of the new brand across all channelsSupervise marketing and customer service teams, providing mentorship and supportCollaborate with various teams to execute commercial, educational, and fundraising activitiesEstablish effective communication processes within the department and across the organization.Ensure operational and data protection compliance for marketing systemsManage marketing budgets and achieve targets for visitor numbers and revenueLead targeted marketing campaigns, oversee digital strategy, and manage agency contractsYou can expect the following benefits:Starting salary up to £45,000 dependant on experience.22 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service75% reduced rate travel on the national rail networkAccess to an Employee Assistance Programme for you and your immediate familyFree car parkingEmployee discountsThis Head of Marketing role a full-time role working Monday - Friday, 36.5 hours per week with some weekend cover depending on events and activities.
