Head of Marketing

asobbi are pleased to be working with a leading IT Managed Service Provider with a large portfolio of services across Cloud, Data and HPC. Our client is looking for a Head of Product Marketing to join their team.The Product Marketing Manager role will report to the Head of Product Management and work closely with product manager owners across our specific product portfolios, as well as in partnership with group marketing team and sales functions. The role will require strong market, competitor and voice of the customer research skills. This includes experience in working with channel partners and vendors to enhance the knowledge and promotion of our services.Position: Product Marketing ManagerLocation: This role can be based in either Manchester, London or GlasgowResponsibilities:Development of Product Marketing Strategy:Develop a comprehensive Product Marketing strategy.Deliver go-to-market content to support sales enablement and market awareness/education for new product launches and promotion campaigns.Collaboration and Reporting:Report to the Head of Product Management.Work closely with product manager owners across specific product portfolios.Collaborate with the group marketing team and sales functions.Research Skills:Utilize strong market, competitor, and voice of the customer research skills.Work with channel partners and vendors to enhance knowledge and promotion of services.Qualifications:Senior Marketing Professional with 7+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in the technology industry with knowledge of ITSM, CSP, MSP product marketing.Experience in technical product marketing in B2B, B2B2B, and B2C environments.Good knowledge of the IT industry and experience in developing compelling customer propositions for managed services.Ideally degree-level educated in marketing, and/or experience with education in product marketing.Desirable - experience in hybrid cloud, data security, and cyber security.
