Element has an opportunity for a Head of Marketing to join our EMEAA Built Environment business unit to lead the development and execution of marketing strategy. The marketing leader will leverage best practice to drive growth by increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation and measuring effectiveness.You will work together with a highly engaged cross-functional team where development and continuous improvement is high on the agenda. You will be a key player in making our growth strategy happen.Main responsibilities:Development and delivery of the business unit marketing strategy and corresponding KPI metrics annually, aligned with key objectivesCreation and delivery of omni-channel marketing campaigns that will extend Element’s reach in targeted end markets, increase lead generation and improve brand awarenessManagement and development of the business unit marketing team with a focus on implementation of best practices and continuous improvementBudget management of key marketing initiatives to maximise ROI for the business unitDevelopment of uniform messaging and value propositions for target customers to optimize brand awarenessMonitoring and reporting of key performance indicators and metrics to optimise channel and team effectivenessEngagement with wide range of key stakeholders to ensure confidence in end goals and cohesive delivery of strategy across the business unitCollaboration with experts to deliver value added content which increases customer engagement across the customer journeyDriving traffic to ensure content conversion by leveraging search, social media, publications, landing pages, advertising, events, etc.Development of ABM campaigns to develop opportunities within strategic key clientsSkills & Qualifications:Significant and extensive marketing experience, ideally within a large global businessStrong inbound lead generation experience with demonstrated understanding of the digital disciplines (digital creative, platforms and operations, digital media, social media and measurement)Bachelor’s Degree in
Marketing/Communications
