Head of Marketing

The Advocate Group is currently representing a high growth drinks brand which is leading the charge in delivering the most exciting, effective and accessible products in an emerging category!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic brand & marketing plans (1-3 year), staying consistent with overall company vision and strategy.
• Understand the category and target consumer trends, using insights to inform your strategy.
• Own, manage and develop the brand bible and brand world, ensuring brand communications are consistent across all touchpoints.
• Oversee both consumer and trade marketing plans, optimising budget allocation and ROI.
• Plan and execute product launches, from conceptualisation to market entry.
• Lead a small but dynamic marketing team, driving a high performance culture to achieve marketing goals.

About You:

• Proven experience in scaling FMCG brands through customer acquisition, awareness and trial initiatives.
• Blue chip FMCG experience could be beneficial, but needs to be able to flex approach to a scaling business.
• Multi channel mindset with a consumer centric approach.
• An ambitious leader with ability to mentor and inspire team members.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
