You will prioritize what to test next and design lean campaigns that can be run quickly and lead into new product features. Your role is to help Kittl cement its position globally as the leading collaborative graphic design software. In this role, you will own the development and execution of a global, multi-channel marketing strategy that increases market share, and ultimately drives revenue for the business.What you’ll doStrategic Leadership: Providing strategic leadership as a member of our management team, with a whole-of-business perspective, proactive approach to growing our business, and a consistently positive and growth-oriented mindsetOperational Leadership: Building and leading the marketing team, in particular social media, community and product marketing as we expand the range of products and scale our businessTeam Leadership: Define your team’s strategy, objectives, KPIs, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Kittl's business goalsPlanning & monitoring: Drive lifecycle marketing plans, monitor performance and optimize accordinglyOptimization: Use and communicate with data to track product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvementCross-team Collaboration: Collaborate with acquisition, growth, product and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and messaging for new product featuresStakeholder Advocate: Work closely with customers and partners to gather feedback to help inform product decisionsWhat you’ll needProfessional experience: 5+ years in marketing or growth at a high-performance tech company or leading marketing agencyLeadership experience: 2+ years of experience leading marketing teams, preferably within a high-growth tech environment or in B2C SaaSCommunication: Exceptional communication and articulation skills, both written and verbalConsumer marketing knowledge: In-depth knowledge of consumer marketing and growth driversIndustry experience: Experience with demand generation for B2B, and experiential or guerilla marketing tacticsAnalysis: Robust analytical skills paired with a business-oriented mindset, guiding ROI-based prioritisationEnvision go-to-market journey: Demonstrated ability to envision and champion a go-to-market journey, communicating effectively with leadership, users, and partnersTools: A background in graphic design or collaborative toolsInterview processHiring manager interviewTake home case study / presentationLeadership interviewMeet & greet with CEOBenefits30 vacation days per year for all employeesAn allowance of 10 weeks per year of fully remote work from anywhere in the world, as long as you maintain core working hours (12pm to 5pm CET)Core working hours are 12pm to 5pm CET, with the rest of your working time being flexible so you can work in a style that suits you best (early riser or a night owl)You'll be working with a truly product-led company with PM's, engineers and designers at the heart of the companyRegular team events and offsites At Kittl, we embrace diversity and value every team member's unique background, identity, and experience.
