With blue chip clients spanning multiple sectors they deliver truly unique, experience lead events across the globe!With international offices and inhouse services including design, creative and production there has never been a better time to join this well respected and thriving agency!ResponsibilitiesTHE ROLENow at an exciting point in their development they are looking for a Head of Marketing to come on board and take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising and creative projects. A broad role responsibilities include:Overseeing all areas of the marketing departmentCreating strategic plans to establish and enhance brand presence of the agencyAllocating resource to projectsSetting short and long term goals for the departmentDesigning branding, positioning and pricing strategiesIdentify new opportunities to reach new market segmentsManagement and development of a small teamTHE CANDIDATECandidates must have previous experience of working within a senior marketing role within an events or production agency and have proven experience of running successful marketing campaigns. Solid knowledge of web analytics is key and previous line management experience would be beneficial.
