Role: Head of Marketing and CommunicationsContract: Permanent, Full TimeRadnor House Sevenoaks aims to create a collaborative whole-school community of life-long learners, always motivated to achieve the highest standards of teaching and learning through self-reflection, objective evaluation, and research-based practice.The Purpose of the RoleThe main purpose of this role is to develop and implement marketing and communications strategies and ensure they are aligned with the school's vision. The role will oversee marketing across the whole school to create and disseminate a clear and compelling message which further enhances our brand awareness and understanding across all stakeholder groups.Skills and Qualifications
* Educated to degree level or equivalent working experience
* A marketing qualification or accreditation would be desirable
* Strong working knowledge of digital marketing, public relations and corporate communications
* A genuine interest in working within the education sector
* IT skills including knowledge of databases e.g. MIS (ISAMS) and CMS / CRM tools
* Excellent communication skills including literacy with experience of publications/print
* Demonstrates strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
* A strong team player who can support others in the school
* Happy to work at all levels required in the role including strategy, operational and administrative tasksOur benefits
