Our client, FastHouse, is one of Ireland’s leading manufacturers
of insulated Timber Frame Systems.
Fasthouse
is owned by Lagan Investments which also has a second off-site construction
company in GB as well as extensive housebuilding interests across the UK and
Ireland. Collectively the businesses have an unwavering appetite and ambition
for further expansion in offsite construction and housebuilding across the UK
and Ireland.
FastHouse operates from a cutting-edge 200,000 sq ft
manufacturing facility in Limavady and has built an exceptional market
reputation and a highly engaging culture. To support the growth trajectory, we
are now seeking to appoint a talented manufacturing professional to the newly
created role of Head of Manufacturing Operations.
About the Role:
As the Head of Manufacturing Operations, you will report
directly to the Managing Director and play a crucial role in driving
efficiency, commercial performance, safety, quality, and delivery across all
manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
·Drive operational excellence and efficiency
across all manufacturing processes.
·Provide visible leadership “on the floor”,
fostering a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement.
·Ensure adherence to high standards of safety,
quality, and delivery.
·Collaborate closely with senior team colleagues
and cross-functional teams to optimise business performance and support wider
growth ambitions.
We are seeking an ambitious and energetic production or
manufacturing executive with a proven track record in operational management
and transformation. This role requires visible leadership “on the floor” and
should appeal to a candidate who will thrive in an advanced manufacturing
environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation.
