To sustain and underpin our growth, we are investing over £25 million in our new 5-acre site, which includes state of the art machinery and automated production lines, as we understand that our manufacturing and logistics infrastructure is critical to our future success.To inspire and lead our operational teams, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, motivational, and dynamic people leader and manager to join our senior leadership team to become our Head of Manufacturing and Operations, where you will set, communicate, and realise the Manufacturing and Logistics Department vision. Our successful applicant will drive the operational changes and team building needed to achieve our business goals in this strategic and business critical role.
