We are proud and confident in our heritage, our capabilities and our people and believe that by creating a culture where individuals feel they can make a difference and enjoy coming to work, we can deliver the best possible service to our customers.Our core values of Expertise, Innovation and Integrity provide a clear daily guide to how we work together safely, as one team, helping each other to succeed.Job DescriptionUTAC Is looking for a newly qualified candidate; 1st or 2nd move from practice and ready to manage a team.Reporting to - UK Head of FinanceMeeting all weekly, monthly and year-end internal reporting deadlinesMaintaining, improving and controlling the quality of the management accountsDelivering accurate and timely financial reportingResponsible for the management and development of the management accounting team (3 direct reports)Accountable for the compliance of financial statements with UTAC Group Accounting policies, IFRS and relevant tax lawPreparation of subsidiary accounts for external reportingOngoing Balance Sheet control and reviewContinually improving financial processes, including system improvements. Devising and implementing change across the business to drive efficiencyTo provide ad-hoc business finance partnering to operations and group.Providing guidance and support to UTAC’s non-UK Finance teamsEnforcing strict adherence to financial controlsSupporting annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting processAct in accordance with the behavior's for UTAC staff at all timesQualificationsFully qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACAFlexibility to travel as and when requiredFull UK driving licenseWilling to undergo a Criminal Records Bureau checkSkillsStrong technical accounting backgroundAdvanced Excel skillsManagement and leadership skillsSolid communication and presentation skillsExcellent relationship building skillsAdditional InformationFor you, as a potential UTAC team member, we believe that the international and diverse nature of our business combined with the passion, energy and friendliness of our people create a great place to work.
