We help organizations meet their business goals by transforming and managing their IT landscape – leveraging innovations infrastructure notably in automation and the cloud.The UK Head of Managed Services is an executive level opportunity within the CIS UK leadership team and Global CIS Managed Services team, you will lead the CIS UK Managed Services organization, focused on delivery excellence, client delight and business growth for Cloud Infrastructure Services in the UK. Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time. Your roleYou will be responsible for overall delivery excellence to our Capgemini clients and ensuring new business proposals boldly optimize our client’s chance of success. You will be responsible for leading and developing your large team to achieve delivery excellence, delight our clients and enable our growth strategy Your role will be an exciting blend of business and delivery leadership both with internal and external executive level relationships to maximize benefits and value for all parties You will create, evolve and implement the overall strategy for UK Managed Services in support of our growth ambitions, equipping your team members to develop their careers within CIS and enabling them to achieve our CIS ambitions You will be responsible for the overall achievement of the Managed Services financial and business targets, supporting the sustainable profitable growth ambitions of CIS and CapgeminiYou will lead and build effective teams to meet business objectives and changing market requirements.
