Venn Group are working exclusively with an NHS Trust in London, to recruit an 8c Head of Estates position

Rate : £350-£400 per day
The successful candidate will:
Develop and guide the multi-skilled Estates team to deliver Hard FM services
responsible for the day to day running of the Hospital Estate Reactive Maintenance and Planned Maintenance
and develop the delivery of Capital programmes
the primary contact for PFI hard services to ensure compliance with PFI contract schedules and for EFM capital funding
a clear understanding compliance areas, such as water hygiene, electrical systems, asbestos and fire management, medical gases, and air conditioning systems
closely with stakeholders
The successful candidate will have:
Previous NHS experience
An electrical or mechanical background
Experience managing large teams
