Head of Litigation

New role for an experienced litigator looking for an Head of Dept role. Our client is a well respected Exeter practice that is seeking a Head of Dispute Resolution. You will be a broad litigator, ideally with experience of commercial litigation including advising private individuals and SME's and OMB's on range of issues including employment, defamation, contractual disputes, professional negligence, shareholder disputes.
