An excellent, one off opportunity for a Head of Lettings to join a market leading agency within their award winning office based in Streatham. My clients have a fantastic reputation and are looking for a candidate who can oversee the whole lettings process from listing through to overseeing property management, accounts and marketing.
My clients need a candidate who is self motivated, can work autonomously and just run the whole lettings side of the business with no supervision. Head Of Lettings – Benefits
£40k - £50k basic salary plus commission - £70k + OTE (Negotiable)

Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business Attending and instructing lettings valuations Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management Oversight of onboarding new stock Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly Training and developing of your team Supporting and guiding the team toachievepersonal and branch key goals Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front Reviewing,analysingand improving process and procedure where necessary tooptimiseteam and branch performance Conduct 1:1's for your team,recognisingindividualand teamachievements Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders Management of escalation with tenants and landlords Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting. Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team. Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring your team are trained and adapting as required Spearheading any marketing with no director involvement. Head Of Lettings – Experience Needed Previous experience as a Head of Lettings ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills. Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented. Man management experience. Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business. Some Property Management experience essential. Knowledge of Vebra Alto ideally. Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation. Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
