Your main responsibility will be to inspire and empower both students and staff to explore, innovate, and excel in the world of languages. You'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our MFL curriculum, ensuring it is dynamic, inclusive, and reflective of contemporary linguistic practices.Your role will involve not only leading and managing the MFL department but also collaborating with colleagues across the academy to integrate languages into interdisciplinary projects and initiatives. You will champion the importance of language education in developing critical thinking, communication skills, and cultural awareness.We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results in language education.
