Head of IT

Forseven, a revolutionary company looking to transform the EV industry through cutting-edge technology and innovative engineering practices, is seeking a Head of IT to join our IT team.As our Head of IT you will plan, organise, and manage staff and overall IT service provision to ensure the stable operation of core IT provision. This includes developing and agreeing SLA’s for internal and external service provision across the technical landscape. You will lead the onboarding of any external service providers and will build a full end to end incident management framework aligned to ITiL. Additionally you will also contribute directly when required across all aspects of the core IT provision and services that will enable business objectives.We would like you to:Develop an IT service provision roadmap including first, second, third line support, Application support and site services utilising third party services where appropriateEnsure the efficient utilisation of IT support resources – including personnel and technology – across the organisationProvide input into RFPs, bid proposals, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for IT implementations and projectsProvide reporting and dashboards on service levels and incident managementParticipate in the development of IT strategies in collaboration with stakeholdersDesign and implement an incident management frameworkWe would like you to have:A good track record of managing and delivering an IT service provisionExceptional knowledge of service and application delivery, as well as successful service level agreement accomplishmentsKnowledge of current and relevant protocols and standardsApplication support and management experienceGood knowledge of Cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google)Demonstrated leadership and personnel/project management skillsAbout us:At Forseven, we are more than just a team of professionals; we are dynamic innovators, visionary collaborators and trailblazers who believe in making a difference.
