Head of International Non Marine

Idex have been retained by a leading independent broker with a global presence who are keen to hire an experienced insurance professional to take on the role of Head of International Non Marine.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established team with a clear and concise 5 year plan for development. Working across all major lines of business including Property, Casualty, Cyber, Technology and Financial Lines on an international portfolio, you will be responsible for day to day management of the business unit working with clients and underwriters, driving growth from new and existing revenue streams.
We are keen to hear from individuals with exceptional leadership qualities and with a proven track record in the successful development of an insurance broking business unit. You will need experience of managing a P&L and have a wide and well established underwriter network.
An excellent remuneration package is available to the successful candidate.
