Job Title: Head of Internal Communications Partnering
Salary: £57,100 to £76,500
Location: Cambridge, hybrid
Contract: Permanent, full time

About the role
As the Head of Internal Communications Partnering, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our narrative and driving meaningful impact. You will lead a team of experienced internal communications business partners and report into the Director of Internal Communications.
You will be responsible for:
Identifying, overseeing, and implementing compelling internal communications plans and messages aligned with our strategy and values.
Supporting positive organisational change with communications methods that inform decisions and help people adapt to new ways of working.
Providing strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and colleagues, building trust and credibility across the organisation, and helping to grow stakeholders' communications skills.
Strengthening our understanding of global audiences, ensuring our content resonates across cultures and supports our employee value proposition.
Helping to create a cohesive and impactful internal communications function.
About you
