In this role, you will spearhead the delivery of our infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our growth strategy and supports our mission to provide exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership: Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for maintaining secure and compliant infrastructure, networks, and assets critical to business continuity.Security and Compliance: Ensure adherence to OFGEM standards, implement and review security policies, and communicate effectively with users to mitigate cyber threats.Optimisation and Maintenance: Manage change processes, track hardware assets, and procure new infrastructure products and services to keep our technology environment up to date and relevant.Disaster Recovery: Oversee the implementation and management of the Disaster Recovery Plan to safeguard against potential disruptions.Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of the ICT strategy, driving infrastructure and security technology programs that support modernization efforts and business change initiatives.Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication within the service management team and with external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners.Qualifications And SkillsBroad technical knowledge across large organisational infrastructure requirements.Experience in Infrastructure & Security management, with a track record of delivering successful ICT programs.Familiarity with ITIL standards and operating environments.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to present complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Up-to-date knowledge of cyber security and data management practices.Experience leading and motivating teams to maximize performance and productivity.Understanding of cloud services transition and organisational benefits.If you are passionate about technology and driven to make a difference, we want to hear from you.
