My client is a leading global player within the entertainment space. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity based in Leeds.
The Head of HR is responsible for providing key partnering across the Technology business unit within a well established organisation.
This role will report into the HR Director and will join large global matrixed HR function. This role is as an individual contributor across this business division and is new headcount created due to growth.
Role responsibilities:
Reporting to the People Director, you’ll partner with Senior Leadership teams globally to develop both strategic and operational people initiatives.
You’ll be responsible for delivering the people plan to include HR operations, employee engagement, org design, change management, talent, and succession planning in order to drive a high performing culture.
You’re business savvy, fully integrated into the business, pursuing the commercial agenda whilst at the same time developing our people and performance strengths
Translate business needs into commercial HR solutions, understanding the importance of employee engagement and performance management initiatives and how these translate to business outcomes
As a high growth and ever adapting business you will act as a change agent, delivering change programmes and lead organisational change through design and restructuring
Coaching our leaders to role model our leadership expectations and embed our values and vitals into their functions
Drive a performance management culture across the business and ensure career frameworks and development plans are in place
Role Profile:
Previous HR experience in a fast paced, dynamic, change focused business.
A minimum of 8 years HR experience with at least 4 of them being at Business Partner or above.
Successful track record of delivering solutions to internal client base in a matrix environment across multiple locations and business areas
Ability to generate insight and meaningful analysis from data and evidence, providing recommendations that impact business outcomes
Able to work with a shared service / centre of expertise people team model
Knowledge and experience of organisational design and people capability building
Understand the importance of employee engagement and how this can drive commercial outcomes
Able to balance operational and strategic objectives, quick thinking able to balance conflicting priorities and changing business needs
