What will you be doing?
Developing and implementing HR strategies to support their mission and goals.
Leading the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
Driving diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a supportive work environment.
Managing employee relations and promoting positive engagement across the organisation.
What do we need from you?
CIPD Level 5 or above.
Proven experience in senior HR leadership, preferably in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
