Head of Human Resources

We are working with one of the most incredible success stories of the past few years. Following on from a hugely successful turn-around plan from the new CEO, focusing on people, culture and performance the business has recently acquired and integrated other businesses. They provide a world-class service to their customers, are commercially run, have a strong cash position and are now looking to grow further. To further augment their people culture they we are searching for a Head of Human Resources to join and to help continue the brilliant work the HR team have done as the business enters into a transformative period of growth.
You will:
Have HR/People experience gained in the retail, hospitality, care, healthcare, leisure or associated sectors
Understand how to build an engaged team focused on brilliant customer experiences
Probably be looking for your first stand-alone 'Head of' Role and are probably currently an experienced HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) elsewhere
Be a positive, upbeat people driven character who believes in the positive impact of an effective and supportive People team and culture
Want to work in a true business partnering environment and sit on an exec board, truly empowered to help make decisions at a strategic level
