Head of Human Resources Operations

An experienced HR professional is required as Head of HR Operations for a highly successful business in London. You will be an HRIS specialist ideally with Workday knowledge.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing a team of HR administrators to deliver day-to-day execution of HR processes
• Creating a high-performing Global HR Shared Service function that supports all Global entities
• Collaborating with HR Leaders to ensure that HR Operation services are aligned with HR strategic initiatives and plans
• Supporting Group Finance budget setting process in managing workforce planning activities across teams (via Workday Adaptive Planning)
• Act as the Data Quality Controller for all data processed in Workday (HRIS)
• Establish effective engagement and communication plans to ensure organisation understands key HR processes
• Support benefit administration across multiple countries and locations in accordance with country legislation
• Continuous improvement of existing processes and procedures.
Ideal Experience:
Experience working within a People Operations function, managing employee lifecycle processes
• Demonstrable working knowledge of Workday (HRIS) and processes
• Experience in supporting payroll processing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential data
• Experience in creating new administration processes and optimising these processes
